If you are unable to add the Zotero browser extension in Chrome, it may be that you are signed into your TCC email through your browser. At this time, some of the colleges do not allow users to add extensions to their browser when signed in with their college credentials.

The quick solution is to sign out of the browser, add the extension for Zotero, then sign back in. You will still have the extension and its functionality while you are signed in to the browser with your school email.
