The Annex is our off-site facility where some of our lower use collections are stored due to lack of space in the Library building. 

Who is eligible to request items from the Annex?

  • Current students, faculty, and staff may submit a request for items held at the Annex through Resource Sharing.
  • All others: you can submit requests for items held at the Annex using your local public library's interlibrary loan service

How to identify and make requests for items stored in the Annex?

From our catalog you will see "Annex" as a location with a line next to each item (if there is more than one issue) that says "Request Retrieval...."

Again, only current students, faculty, and staff may submit a request through Resource Sharing by selecting the "GET THIS ITEM" button: 


Typical retrieval will take 3-5 business days (some exceptions may apply). You will be notified when an item from the Annex is available for pickup.
