Some content providers place limitations on commonly used functions, including but not limited to: downloading, saving, printing, annotating, and re-sizing content. There may also be limits on how often a resource can be viewed and how much of the resource can be viewed/downloaded/printed at one time. For example, sometimes the full-text of a book is only available as individual chapter downloads.
Ebsco e-books have restrictions and require a MyEbsco account, and that you download Adobe Digital Editions. Here are some tutorials that can help you:

Additionally, some of our ProQuest e-books are initially only available in a “Preview mode” which allows 5 minutes of viewing per use. If this is a resource you want to read online, use the “Request this item” link for that title. If the link is not available, then use the Suggest a Library Purchase form and select “electronic” as the preferred format.
If you have further questions, please use the Ask Us feature of the library’s website.
