The Claremont Colleges Library offers a variety of options for touring our building. Review the options below to let us know how we can introduce you to our location!
REQUEST A TOUR OF THE CLAREMONT COLLEGES LIBRARY (Colleges and general public)
Student-led tours for general audiences may be scheduled on selected weekdays and times during the Fall and Spring semesters. These tours showcase the wide variety of study spaces, library collections, technologies, equipment, and amenities offered within The Claremont Colleges Library, in addition to offering an introduction to the many services its staff provide.
Please note that:
- Student-led tours are intended for campus groups, new students, local high school groups and the general public.
- Tours are limited to a maximum of 15 people.
- Tours are approximately 30-45 minutes in duration.
- Librarians are not available to lead building tours.

NEW FACULTY AND STAFF TOURS (Department Requests)
Your college or department may wish to have your new faculty learn more about the Library and its services while gaining a general understanding of the building facilities. To assist you with this, the Library offers building tours led by our Subject Librarians.
If your new faculty or staff group would like to request a librarian-led tour of The Claremont Colleges Library, please fill out the New Faculty Library Tour form.
LIBRARY INSTRUCTION SESSIONS (Faculty Requests)
As a faculty member of The Claremont Colleges, you may wish to have your students to learn more about the Library and its services while gaining information literacy skills that will support them in your course. To assist you with this, the Library offers information literacy sessions with Subject Librarians. Please note that the Librarians do not conduct building tours.
