Current students, staff, and faculty can request a copy through Resource Sharing.

Resource Sharing is a free service that allows you to request resources, such as articles and books, from other libraries around the world. If you find an item using the library's Search that you want to use and which the library does not own, the Get This Item button in the item's record will lead you to a Resource Sharing request form.

Once you submit your request:

  • Articles often arrive within 1-2 business days and will be sent to your email address as a PDF.

  • Books, dissertations, and other print materials often arrive within 3 - 7 business days; their check out period is determined by the lending library. You will receive an email notification that your book has arrived and you can pick it up at the Main Services Desk. Faculty have the option to have the book delivered to their mailbox via campus mail.
