Q. What do I do if a book says it is available, but it is not on the shelf?
Bring the call number to the Services Desk and let us know you could not locate the book. If we are not able to locate the book immediately, we will complete a Search Request for you, which means we’ll keep searching for the book and put it on hold for you when we find it. Once you have completed the Search Request, you can also request a copy through Resource Sharing.
